Journey
The launch of Royale Hayat Hospital in 2006, as a manifestation of our Group’s vision to develop a Women’s & Children’s healthcare institute that would blend quality medical care with luxurious hospitality services, signalled a new day and a landmark for healthcare and wellness in Kuwait. For over a decade since its institution, RHH has systematically evolved into a full-fledged hospital and established itself as a referral hub for women’s and children’s healthcare excellence in Kuwait.
Given the rapid growth and progress we achieved in both medical expertise and customer care within a short period following the launch of RHH, we decided in 2009 to expand our medical services to include multi-specialties that we felt would best serve our customers and benefit overall health services in Kuwait, such as our new Obesity Surgery Center

Job Title: Anesthesia – Specialist

JOB SUMMARY:
• Assesses and prepare patients for Anesthesia
• Conducts General and Regional anesthesia in Elective and Emergency cases.
• Performs techniques of Painless Labor in the Delivery Suet.
• Supervises Registrars in their work
• Performs ALL Techniques related to Patient’s Monitoring whether Invasive or Non-Invasive.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Pre-anesthesia check up, Conduction of Anesthesia and Care of Patients in the Recovery Rooms.
• Performs other tasks and duties within the scope of the knowledge, skills, and experience required for the job, as assigned by the immediate superior.

EDUCATION AND LICENSURE:
• High Degree in Anesthesia following graduation from a recognized Medical School.
• At least FIVE years of Anesthesia practice following the High Qualification.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
• Minimum of TEN years of Anesthesia experience including a minimum of Seven years following the High Degree in Anesthesia.

Job Title: Registrar Internal Medicine

Required Skills: Active Listening, Critical Thinking, Active Learning, Monitoring, and Quality control Analysis

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Apply scientific knowledge and clinical expertise to the diagnosis, treatment, and compassionate care of patients across the spectrum from health to complex illness.
• Health promotion and disease prevention.
• Advise patients concerning diet, activity, hygiene, and disease prevention.
• Analyze records, reports, test results, or examination information to diagnose medical condition of patient.
• Collect, record, and maintain patient information, such as medical history, reports, and examination results.
• Explain procedures and discuss test results or prescribed treatments with patients.
• Manage and treat common health problems, such as infections, influenza and pneumonia, as well as serious, chronic, and complex illnesses, in adolescents, adults, and the elderly.
• Monitor patients’ conditions and progress and re-evaluate treatments as necessary.

Experience in Managing Acute Emergencies (On call)
