About the Role
The Phase Supervisor is responsible for leading and managing pastoral care and student welfare initiatives across Grades 6–12. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all pastoral care initiatives for the assigned phase (Grades 6–12) within either the Boys’ or Girls’ Section

- Work closely with Section Heads, teachers, and counselors to monitor student welfare and address individual student concerns
