Position Overview

About the Role
The Phase Supervisor is responsible for leading and managing pastoral care and student welfare initiatives across Grades 6–12. The position involves close coordination with teaching staff, counselors, parents, and school leadership to support student progress, behavior management, and attendance monitoring.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all pastoral care initiatives for the assigned phase (Grades 6–12) within either the Boys’ or Girls’ Section
- Support student well-being, behavior management, and attendance, ensuring a safe, respectful, and supportive school environment
- Work closely with Section Heads, teachers, and counselors to monitor student welfare and address individual student concerns
- Implement and maintain systems for tracking student behavior, engagement, and attendance
- Promote and uphold school values, discipline policies, and pastoral standards through effective leadership
- Liaise with parents, staff members, and external agencies when required to ensure appropriate student support
- Conduct regular meetings with form tutors and pastoral staff to review student progress and plan interventions

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree with B.Ed. (mandatory)
- Degree in Psychology (preferred)

- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Confident and professional personality with effective behavior management capabilities
- IELTS qualification required
