Job Purpose

The Customer Services Agent position focuses on delivering high-quality leisure reservation services through the management and booking of customized holiday packages. • Valid IATA certification
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple bookings simultaneously
• At least one (1) year of hands-on experience with Global Distribution Systems (GDS), including Sabre, Galileo, and Amadeus
• Availability to work a 24/7 shift schedule, including weekends and holidays
