Core Responsibilities
Engage children in age-appropriate activities that ensure safety while supporting physical, emotional, social, and educational development.
Plan and deliver structured educational activities and learning programmes that encourage curiosity, creativity, and independent learning.
Maintain a consistently high standard of care and education while working within the guidelines of the Early Years Foundation Stage framework.
Promote inclusion by encouraging acceptance of all children and adapting activities to meet individual learning needs using appropriate teaching strategies.
Observe, monitor, assess, and document children’s progress and individual requirements using the Learning and Development Profile Book.

What We Are Looking For
A university degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related specialization, supported by a certified vocational qualification in early childhood care and education (Level III).
Alternatively, a high school diploma combined with a certified vocational qualification in early childhood care and education (CACHE Level 3), along with a minimum of two years’ experience working in childcare or early education.
Native-level proficiency in the English language, with strong communication skills.
Candidates currently based in Dubai or those planning to relocate to Dubai are preferred, regardless of existing employment opportunities.

The Receptionist acts as the first point of contact for visitors, parents, and staff, playing a key role in creating a welcoming, professional, and positive environment within the school.
Core Responsibilities
Front Desk Operations
Welcome visitors, parents, and staff in a polite, friendly, and professional manner at all times.
Answer incoming phone calls promptly and direct them to the appropriate staff members or departments.
Visitor Assistance
Provide clear information and assistance to visitors, guiding them to the correct locations within the school premises.
Issue visitor identification badges and accurately maintain visitor sign-in and sign-out records.
Communication Hub
Serve as a central communication point by receiving, recording, and relaying messages to relevant staff members in a timely manner.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and packages efficiently.
Appointment Scheduling
Schedule appointments and meetings for school staff as required.
Ensure the reception area remains organized, tidy, and presentable at all times.
Student Check-In / Check-Out
Support student check-in and check-out procedures in accordance with school policies.
Ensure all required documentation is completed accurately for student arrivals and departures.
Administrative Support
Provide general administrative assistance to various departments, including data entry, record keeping, and filing.
Assist in the coordination and organization of school events, activities, and meetings when required.
Maintaining Security
Monitor and manage access to the school premises to maintain a safe and secure environment for students, staff, and visitors.
Adhere strictly to established security policies and procedures.
Customer Service

Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene within playrooms, classrooms, and learning materials.
Welcome and support newly appointed staff members, assisting with their integration into the nursery environment and acting as a positive role model.
Supervise meals and snack times, including the preparation of baby bottles when required.
Carry out laundry duties as needed to support nursery operations.

Requirements
A minimum of a high school certificate or a certified vocational qualification in Early Childhood Care and Education (Level II).
Previous experience working in an early years or nursery setting, or direct experience caring for children, is preferred. Relevant experience gained in a home country may also be considered.
Strong literacy and numeracy skills with the ability to support classroom learning activities.
Knowledge or understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework is an advantage.
