Hiring: Nurse Manager
Amana Healthcare Bahrain is seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to join a multidisciplinary clinical team at a world-class, first-of-its-kind specialized long-term care and post-acute rehabilitation hospital located in Manama, Bahrain.
This leadership role is responsible for overseeing nursing operations across the hospital, ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care. The Nurse Manager plays a key role in maintaining clinical governance, compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards, and the implementation of evidence-based nursing practices. Responsibilities also include workforce planning, staff supervision, performance management, and supporting the ongoing professional development and competency of nursing staff.

Amana Healthcare Bahrain is recruiting experienced Registered Nurses to join a multidisciplinary clinical team at a specialized long-term care and post-acute rehabilitation hospital in Manama, Bahrain.
This role involves the delivery of comprehensive, high-quality direct nursing care to patients with complex medical and rehabilitation needs. Key responsibilities include patient assessment, care planning, implementation and evaluation of individualized nursing care plans, safe medication administration, wound care management, monitoring of vital signs, IV therapy, and assistance with personal hygiene and mobility. Registered Nurses work collaboratively with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes and support recovery and long-term care goals.
Candidates should hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent qualification, possess a valid NHRA license and DataFlow, and maintain BLS certification (mandatory). ACLS and/or PALS certification is preferred. A minimum of 3–5 years of inpatient or acute-care nursing experience is required.

This role supports the assessment, treatment, and management of adult patients requiring speech and language therapy, with a focus on neurological rehabilitation, communication disorders, and dysphagia management. The Speech Language Pathologist works closely with senior clinicians and the wider multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized therapy programs for patients with conditions including stroke, traumatic brain injury, Parkinson’s disease, dementia, and other neurological or medical conditions.
The position is well suited for speech and language therapists with 2–4 years of relevant clinical experience who are seeking to further develop their expertise within a specialized hospital and rehabilitation environment that emphasizes clinical excellence and collaborative practice.
