Retail Operations Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

Drive sales performance by guiding and supporting the sales team to meet and exceed targets.
Enhance overall store results through consistent operational follow-up and structured reporting.
Oversee inventory management, including stock transfers, expiry tracking, and regular physical counts.
Ensure cashier accuracy and supervise daily cash reconciliation and deposits.
Coordinate Grooming team schedules, manage leave planning, and maintain hygiene and compliance standards.
Monitor Talabat sales performance, minimizing cancellations and out-of-stock occurrences.
Prepare detailed daily and weekly performance reports, along with clear action plans for improvement.
Conduct weekly training sessions for sales staff covering sales techniques, product knowledge, and retail operations best practices.

Requirements

2–4 years of experience in retail operations, with mandatory supervisory experience.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Strong proficiency in Excel and performance reporting.
Fluency in both English and Arabic.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and customer service abilities.
