Road Crew
Synopsis
Drives a motor vehicle i.e. light vehicle, bus, armored vehicle, heavy equipment and other utility vehicles to support operations in accordance with all safety, security and traffic regulations.
Accountabilities
- Executes all trips according to schedules, plans and assigned routes in order to meet on time performance.
- Carries out daily inspection of the vehicle to maintain trouble free operation. Report any faults or malfunctions of vehicles to supervisor to ensure immediate repairs are undertaken
- Performs minor maintenance and cleaning of vehicles on a regular basis
- Ensure safe transportation, collection and delivery of various items, i.e. documents, spare parts, tools, cash and other valuables, etc.
- Maintains up to date all the required personal documentation to carry out the job, i.e. license, passes, etc.
- Completes necessary reports and records
- Strictly follows set standards and procedures and reports on any potential problems and issues
- Ensures compliance with all customer service, safety and quality standards
- Performs other adhoc support activities as required #LI-DNI
