Primary Duties
- Accept, examine, and document all arriving supplies and technical spare parts
- Keep precise logs for inventory tracking and stock management
- Distribute materials based on authorized requisitions or specific work orders
- Track minimum quantity thresholds and manage the restocking process by generating purchase requisitions
- Ensure systematic storage, clear labeling, and general cleanliness within the warehouse facility
- Generate detailed inventory summaries and provide support during internal or external audits
Candidate Qualifications
- Possession of two to five years of professional experience in storekeeping, specifically within the Facility Management or MEP maintenance sectors
- Familiarity with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) components and general maintenance supplies
- Prior exposure to Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software or Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
- Proficiency in digital tools, particularly Microsoft Office and Excel spreadsheets
- Demonstrated capability in organizational planning and verbal or written communication
