Role : Hotel Director of Operations
Key Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Hotel Management; an MBA or relevant Master’s degree is a strong advantage.
Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years in operations management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven experience as a Director of Operations or equivalent.
- Successful experience in the Qatar or GCC market is required.
- Skills: Exceptional leadership, proficiency in operations management software, and fluency in both English and Arabic.
