Job Purpose
The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse facility and ensuring efficient, accurate, and safe handling of all inbound and outbound cargo. This role plays a critical part in maintaining inventory integrity, supporting operational excellence, and leading warehouse personnel to meet performance, safety, and service standards. The position requires hands-on supervision, coordination with internal stakeholders, and continuous monitoring of warehouse activities to support smooth logistics operations.
Qualifications, Experience & Knowledge
- Minimum qualification of a high school diploma or equivalent; an associate or bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related discipline is an added advantage.
- At least three years of experience in a warehouse supervisory or team leadership role.
- Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, dispatch, inventory control, and safety procedures.
- Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
- Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to guide, motivate, and develop warehouse teams.

- Respond promptly and effectively to Aircraft on Ground (AOG) requests in line with contractual agreements to support uninterrupted operations.
- Manage ad-hoc requests from customers, agents, and suppliers with efficiency and professionalism.
- Maintain continuous communication with all stakeholders to ensure aircraft parts and cargo are arranged and shipped in compliance with contractual terms and Incoterms.
- Negotiate freight rates and service options with agents, airlines, and shipping lines, and provide accurate quotations to customers.
- Coordinate customer-related issues with internal teams, including transportation, logistics operations, customs clearance, and finance.
- Work closely with customs clearance and transportation teams to ensure timely shipment clearance, collection, and final delivery.
- Verify agent and third-party invoices, coordinating approvals and payments with the accounts payable team.
- Ensure all job files are billed accurately and closed within agreed timelines.
- Update shipment milestones and trackers in line with departmental standards and reporting requirements.
- Maintain a positive, professional, and empathetic approach in all customer interactions.
