• Clean and maintain guest rooms, corridors, public areas, washrooms, restaurants, and back-of-house areas according to hotel standards
• Provide daily housekeeping and turndown services to ensure guest comfort and satisfaction
• Replenish guest amenities, supplies, linens, and towels as required
• Make beds and clean bathrooms, furniture, fixtures, and room surfaces to the required standard
• Remove waste, soiled linen, room service trays, and trolleys promptly and appropriately
• Report maintenance issues, damages, lost items, suspicious activities, sleep-outs, and DND rooms immediately
• Follow all health, safety, hygiene, and security procedures at all times
• Maintain housekeeping equipment, cleaning materials, and linen supplies in good condition
• Ensure housekeeping trolleys are organized, stocked, and ready for daily operations
• Deliver friendly, professional, and responsive service to guests and colleagues

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

• High School education or equivalent preferred
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Room Attendant or Housekeeping Attendant in a 4-star or 5-star hotel
• Good understanding of housekeeping procedures, cleaning standards, and safe handling of cleaning chemicals
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
• Good customer service and communication skills
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
• Arabic language skills are an advantage
• Physically fit and able to stand, walk, bend, stretch, and lift up to 20 kg as required

Waiter / Waitress

📋 Key Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and professional service to guests at all times.
• Take and process food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems.
• Serve food and drinks according to 5-star hotel standards.
• Ensure tables and service stations remain clean, organized, and well-prepared.

• Experience: Minimum 5 years’ total F&B experience in a 5-star hotel, including at least 2 years as a Barman/Bartender.
