Key Requirements
Experience: 3–5 years in safety or maintenance management (amusement parks, waterparks, or resorts preferred).
Certifications: First Aid, CPR, Lifeguard Instructor, NEBOSH, and IOSH are considered a plus.
Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Main Responsibilities
Staff Supervision: Manage lifeguards, slide/zipline attendants, and glass bridge staff.
Technical Oversight: Supervise maintenance teams including pool and ride technicians.
Compliance: Conduct safety audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
