Cost Controller
Requirements:
-Previous experience as F&B Cost Controller, Inventory Controller, or similar role in hospitality.
-Strong understanding of food costing, purchasing, and inventory management.
-Experience in multi-outlet restaurant operations is an advantage.
-Proficiency in Excel and inventory/POS systems.
-Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
