Sales & Customer Service Coordinator

Primary Responsibilities

As a coordinator, you will act as a bridge between customers and internal departments like sales, logistics, and finance. 

Order Fulfillment: Coordinate customer deliveries based on stock availability and confirmed sales orders.

Logistics Coordination: Liaise with warehouse teams, drivers, and couriers to arrange and track timely deliveries.

Documentation: Prepare accurate sales invoices and follow up with customers for signed Proof of Delivery (POD).

Customer Support: Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries regarding delivery status and documentation. 

Requirements & Skills

Coordination: Strong ability to coordinate tasks between multiple departments.

Attention to Detail: High accuracy in maintaining records and invoicing.

Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using Excel and ERP systems (experience with ERPNext is a plus).

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for dealing with both customers and internal teams.
