Open Positions & Requirements

1. HSE Engineer

• Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Occupational Health & Safety.
• Experience: 15–20 years of UAE experience in construction safety (with a valid experience certificate).
• Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with local and international HSE regulations and standards.
  • Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits.
  • Investigate incidents, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Deliver toolbox talks and HSE training to site personnel.
  • Maintain safety documentation and liaise with regulatory authorities.
  • Support the implementation of ISO 45001 and other safety management systems.
• Additional Requirements:
  • NEBOSH IGC Level 6 / IOSH / equivalent HSE certification is required.
  • Strong understanding of UAE labor law and HSE practices.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.

2. Quantity Surveyor

• Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
• Experience: 5 years of experience in cost estimation, contract management, or procurement.

  • Conduct material and cost analysis to optimize project expenses.

• Experience: 5 to 10 years of UAE experience as a site storekeeper within a construction company. Experience with ERP software is an added advantage.
• Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance of maximum and minimum stock levels.
  • Maintenance of inventory records.
  • Follow-up on material orders.
  • Receiving, inspecting, and storing supplies based on material orders.
  • Keeping records of material transfers.
  • Issuance of materials to the construction site and maintenance of corresponding records.
