Job Description
The Senior Planning Engineer is responsible for utilizing advanced planning software and technologies to develop comprehensive programs of work, ensuring compliance with contract requirements and Monitoring, controlling, and reporting of the projects’ progress, EVM, cash flow, and interfaces between them.
Responsibilities
- Prepares the program of works using latest planning software and technologies to ensure that the contracts’ requirements are met.
- Prepares the resource loading program. Monitors site activities throughout the construction process and updates the program of works. Issues look ahead schedule.
- Review of Subcontractor baseline schedules in accordance with the Scheduling Manual and project controls standards.
- Prepares and submits the KPIs and monthly reports for client and / or management.
- Analyses existing project delays and assesses potential claims. Identifies the potential delays and recommends avoidance strategies.
- Identifies critical activities or potential areas of concern. Coordinates with Project Management team as necessary
- Prepares recovery program in co-ordination with Project Manager if there is any delay in critical activity and submits for client review and approval.
- Prepares and submit the Extension of time claim.

Senior Site Engineer
Job Description
The Senior Site Engineer is responsible for the precise execution of construction activities based on shop drawings and method statements. Through meticulous supervision, record-keeping, and coordination with subcontractors, they ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.
Responsibilities
Studies and understands shop drawings and method statements etc. Executes the work at site accordingly.- Supervises all site activities including preparing the site, housekeeping and control of wastage through the Site Foreman and in accordance with the instructions from the Construction Manager.
- Keeps records and information up to date in compliance with project requirements and reports any discrepancies or site issues to the Construction Manager. Follows up with the solutions.
- Calculate the required materials and place the order(s) as necessary. Keeps records of materials and gives information to the Project Engineer about the requirements. Conduct material testing (e.g. concrete), if required.
- Understands and meets Quality Control & EHS requirements for construction. Co-ordinates with subcontractors and QC for adherence and compliance to standards.
- Raises the RFEI for work inspections through QA/QC. Inspects the work as per approved drawings.
- Follows the labour allocation, attendance and the productivity of workers to control the labour costs. Ensures the safety and welfare of the workforce.
- Completes the works and makes ready for handover.

The Land Surveyor is responsible for conducting precise topographic surveying, validating and inspecting surveys and setting-out work daily, and supervising all survey activities within designated areas.

- Carrying out topographic surveying.
- Responsible for attending requests for inspection for all surveys and setting out daily work, ensuring that all works are validated on site.
- Checking construction drawings with field problems and proposing changes if required to the site team.

Site Clerk
Job Description
As a Site Clerk, the primary responsibilities involve tracking attendance, managing allocation sheets, recording material transactions, and maintaining various registers related to manpower, equipment, and materials. This role is critical in ensuring accurate record-keeping for efficient project operations.
Responsibilities
- Marks attendance and reports it to the Project Manager / Construction Manager / Project Engineer
- Collects allocation sheets duly signed by the engineers and forwards them to MO on due time. Enters labour Time Form allocation into the system and prepares weekly labour cost report
- Receives, counts and verifies materials received. Issues and records MRIR on due time on Material Receipt and Inspection Report (MRIR) register.
- Records all materials in stock ledger. Physically verify stocks at the end of every month and enter in the material ledger. Checks material waste and advises management accordingly.
- Issues Material Transfer Notice (MTN) for all materials which are transferred to MO or other sites.
- Maintains files for allocation of manpower, memos, equipment, miscellaneous safety items issue, and petty cash etc.
- Issues of Fixed Asset Receipt and Inspection Report (FARIR) on due time for fixed assets and scaffoldings. Records all fixed assets and scaffolding in stock ledger.
- Records tools in the register and obtains signature when going out from site.
- Follows up and ensures transferred scaffolding and other fixed assets reach their destinations.
- Maintains a record of machinery repair and servicing.
Qualifications
- Diploma is preferred
- Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience with construction/ contracting company in the UAE.
- Ability to prioritize, manage time well, multi-task and troubleshoot.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.
- Should be detail-oriented, dependable and trustworthy. Good administration skills.
