Counter Staff
- Transaction Management: Facilitate incoming and outgoing remittances using both direct and third-party methods while executing transactions through a single-window system.
- WPS & Salary Processing: Support wage disbursements, handle WPS file submissions, and manage SIF file operations efficiently.
- Customer Relations: Provide detailed product information, resolve complaints in coordination with the operations team, and maintain a professional, welcoming demeanor in person and over the phone.
- Compliance & Privacy: Support compliance oversight regarding KYC (Know Your Customer), CDD (Customer Due Diligence), and EDD (Enhanced Due Diligence) while ensuring total confidentiality of client data.
- Quality Standards: Adhere to all company policies and maintain high service quality standards to ensure a positive customer experience.
Candidate Requirements
