Position: Head of Product & Delivery

Key Responsibilities:


– Oversee programme delivery across all active workstreams, ensuring timely execution.
– Manage sprint execution: backlog management, mid-sprint check-ins, and reviews.
– Coordinate with external vendors, tracking milestones against integration needs.
– Communicate status updates and milestones to senior leadership.
– Ensure scope discipline by managing project timelines and deferred work.
– Conduct user acceptance testing with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.



Qualifications & Skills:


– 7+ years of experience in software delivery with accountability for outcomes.
– Proven experience in agile delivery within small engineering teams (2-8 people).

– Proficiency in task tracking tools (GitHub Projects, Jira, Linear).
