Open Position: CRM Administrator & Data Analyst
Key Responsibilities
- System Management: Manage and maintain the CRM system.
- Data & Reporting: Build dashboards, reports, and track KPIs.
- Automation: Automate workflows and support system integrations.
- Insights: Ensure data accuracy and generate actionable insights.
- Support: Support users and deliver training.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: 2–5 years of experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics, or Zoho.
- Skills: Strong data analysis, problem-solving, Excel, and reporting skills. Experience with SQL or BI tools is considered an advantage.
- Education: A degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
