Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience
Job Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with airline operations
• Manage schedules, passengers, and coordinate boarding and disembarkation tasks with operators
• Handle customer queries and accommodate unforeseen events
• Maintain records of all operated flights in a well-organized manner
• Track flights and communicate with operators regarding flight status to ensure smooth operations
• Communicate information and instructions effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Maintain awareness of calculations related to flight operations
• Handle and resolve customer complaints regarding products or services
• Liaise with other departments to achieve better operational results
• Arrange services obtained from third-party vendors
• Ensure compliance with airline and civil aviation authority regulations and maintain safety measures throughout operations
