Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day logistics and shipment operations across Dubai branches.
  • Liaise with clients, vendors, and carriers to ensure smooth cargo movement.
  • Monitor and track shipments, preparing operational reports and status updates.
  • Handle documentation including bills of lading, delivery orders, and customs clearance papers.
  • Support branch management in achieving operational targets and service excellence.

    2. Warehouse Incharge (Dubai, UAE)

    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee all warehouse operations, facility including receiving, storage, and dispatch.
    • Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations.
    • Ensure proper handling, labeling, and arrangement of cargo as per company and client standards.
    • Supervise loading/unloading activities and coordinate with drivers and delivery teams.
