Marketing Manager

REQUIREMENTS

About the role:


We are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead marketing across our portfolio of brands, including Numo, NOW, Wellness, and Core. You will set the direction for each brand, drive execution & own the oversight & approvals that keep projects on track and delivered to standard. You will shape strategy & implementation in alignment with management, then make sure it comes to life.

Responsibilities:


*Own marketing direction & strategy across Numo, NOW, Wellness, Core & other brands in the portfolio.
*Develop the direction & implementation plan for each brand & confirm it with management before execution.
*Provide oversight, review & final marketing approval before work moves to management or goes live.
*Drive projects through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time & to standard.
*Lead & develop the marketing team & coordinate with agencies & internal stakeholders.
*Monitor performance across brands & adjust direction based on results & market trends.

Qualifications:


*Proven marketing management experience, ideally around 8 years, including strong people & project leadership.
*Track record of owning brands or a portfolio end to end, from strategy through execution.
*Strong managerial, organizational & stakeholder-management skills.
*Comfortable directing multiple brands & projects in parallel.
*Experience with productivity/project tools (Asana, Slack, or similar).

Marketing Coordinator
