With a record US$35 billion investment, DWC will accommodate 150 million guests annually by the next decade, expanding ultimately to cater to 260 million guests and 12 million tonnes of cargo. In 2024, DXB welcomed 92.3 million guests, our highest-ever annual traffic and the most international passengers handled in a year by any airport in history. This milestone marked our 11th consecutive year as the world’s busiest airport for international passenger traffic, as confirmed by Airports Council International (ACI).

Service & Operations Controller – AOCC Terminal
Thousands of aircraft movements every day. A complex network of road systems, taxiways, runways, aprons and lighting systems. Airside Operations maintains and operates all airside infrastructure and implement the new technologies and that give us industry-leading capacity and efficiency. They do all that in a live environment and put customer service at the heart of it all.
What You’ll Deliver
- You’ll be responsible for monitoring & controlling the communication of the Airport operational activities and facilities.
- You’ll be responsible for monitoring and adjusting the implementation of the tactical plan of operation for Dubai Airports during operation to ensure smooth and safe operation.
- You’ll be responsible for all terminals for regular operations as well as incidents and crisis handling in either DXB or DWC.
- You will Monitor processes in any of the applicable areas: Terminal, Forecourt, Baggage and DWC (Terminal, Baggage and Forecourt).
- You’ll ensure smooth Airport Operation through CCTV and other monitoring systems.
What You Bring
- You need to have Higher Diploma / Diploma in Aviation engineering/Management/Related for overall 5 years experience.
- You will need knowledge of International Civil Aviation Safety and security practices as stipulated by IATA/ACI
- You’ll need to be fluent in written and spoken English and strong business writing skills.
- You should have good Knowledge of airline conditions of use and adaptable to work in multi-cultural environment.
