The position of Service Delivery Agent – Tracing – DWC is part of dnata, one of the globe’s largest air and travel services providers. dnata delivers ground handling, cargo, travel, catering, and retail services at more than 130 airports located across over 34 countries spanning six continents. The Service Delivery Agent contributes directly to this mission by ensuring accurate and timely processing of all export cargo and by maintaining strong oversight of landside and airside cargo handling operations.

The primary responsibility is to ensure safe, compliant and timely processing of all export cargo while maintaining strict adherence to industry regulations, including IATA standards, country-specific rules and local authority requirements. A significant focus of the position is the administration, monitoring and control of all special cargo types, including dangerous goods, sensitive shipments, time-critical consignments and regulated items. Responsibilities also include preparing and updating airway bills, entering flight data into operational systems and following the exact instructions provided by both shippers and carriers.The Service Delivery Agent ensures compliance with all relevant safety, environmental and quality management policies. The role is expected to maintain a healthy and safe working environment by adhering to established protocols, participating in regular safety briefings and intervening whenever operational risks are identified. The Service Delivery Agent ensures that operational staff comply with these standards during all aspects of cargo handling. Assigned tasks include the completion of documentation and system updates for both import and export counters, ensuring all activities are carried out effectively and completed on time.Coordination with Government Authorities forms a substantial part of the role. The Service Delivery Agent interacts with Customs, Municipality, Health Authorities and Police to support the smooth movement of cargo, mail and courier shipments. Effective communication with these agencies ensures timely clearances, reduced delays and continued compliance with legal processes. When handling dangerous goods and other regulated cargo, the Service Delivery Agent carries out mandatory checks in strict compliance with international and local regulations. Accuracy in this area ensures that all consignments are handled safely and responsibly. Operational units and support departments rely on the Service Delivery Agent for timely and precise information, especially during critical situations or when quick decision-making is required.
For product-specific and special cargo codes, the Service Delivery Agent verifies customer authority for import shipments before releasing goods to ensure full compliance with governing protocols. Qualification Requirements

• Completion of High School with a Certificate (12 years of schooling) or a Diploma
• A minimum of 2–4 years of experience in ground handling or a related operational field
• A valid UAE Driving Licence, required to obtain an ADP permit for equipment operation
• Good English communication skills, both written and spoken
