TechnipFMC is a global leader in providing advanced technologies, integrated solutions, and lifecycle services to the traditional and new energies industry. With a strong focus on innovation, performance, and sustainability, the company supports energy producers worldwide in developing resources more efficiently, safely, and responsibly. TechnipFMC’s unique ability to combine engineering expertise, proprietary technologies, and digital solutions enables clients to improve project economics while advancing their energy transition goals. At the core of TechnipFMC’s value proposition is its capability to deliver fully integrated projects, products, and services across the energy value chain. By offering end-to-end solutions—from concept and design through execution, installation, and long-term services—the company simplifies project delivery and reduces interfaces, risks, and costs for clients. This integrated approach allows TechnipFMC to optimize performance, accelerate schedules, and enhance reliability, even in the most complex and demanding environments. TechnipFMC is organized into two complementary business segments: Subsea and Surface Technologies. The Subsea segment is a recognized leader in subsea production systems and subsea project delivery. It provides innovative solutions for subsea trees, control systems, manifolds, umbilicals, and installation services. Through its integrated project execution model, TechnipFMC enables clients to develop offshore fields more efficiently, from shallow waters to deep and ultra-deepwater environments. The company’s subsea expertise plays a critical role in unlocking offshore energy resources while improving safety, reducing environmental impact, and lowering total cost of ownership. The Surface Technologies segment focuses on providing products and services for drilling, completion, and production applications, both onshore and offshore.
This segment delivers high-performance equipment, automation solutions, and digital technologies that enhance operational efficiency and reliability throughout the life of a field. By combining advanced engineering with field-proven solutions, TechnipFMC helps operators maximize productivity, extend asset life, and improve overall operational performance. A defining strength of TechnipFMC is its pioneering integrated ecosystems, including iEPCI™, iFEED™, and iComplete™. These innovative delivery models are designed to streamline project execution by integrating engineering, procurement, construction, installation, and commissioning activities under a single, cohesive framework. iEPCI™ redefines traditional project delivery by reducing complexity, improving collaboration, and creating greater schedule and cost certainty. iFEED™ allows early integration of design and execution considerations, enabling better decision-making and optimized project outcomes from the earliest stages. iComplete™ supports clients throughout the full lifecycle of their assets, providing integrated services that enhance performance and reliability over time. Technology leadership and digital innovation are fundamental to TechnipFMC’s strategy. The company continuously invests in research and development to create next-generation solutions that address the evolving needs of the energy industry. Digital tools, automation, data analytics, and remote operations are increasingly embedded across TechnipFMC’s offerings, helping clients improve efficiency, enhance safety, and reduce downtime. These technologies also support predictive maintenance and real-time performance monitoring, enabling smarter and more sustainable operations. Sustainability is a central pillar of TechnipFMC’s mission. The company is committed to helping its clients reduce carbon intensity and advance their energy transition ambitions.
