Salesman
JOB PURPOSE
As part of the sales team, the primary role of this position is to maximize sales volume, minimize stales, achieve distribution targets, implement agreed merchandising standards, collect accounts receivable, and maintain high levels of customer service. Operating procedures must be followed to ensure continuity of standards across the KSA to support these primary job functions. In addition, the salesman will provide the supervisor with the latest market information to develop sales opportunities. The salesman will be required to attend training courses designed to improve levels of professionalism and customer service. The salesman is required to complete a daily debriefing with the supervisor.
Responsibilities:
- Sell the full range of products to an agreed list of customers. Sales will be measured against previously agreed targets. Levels of stales must remain below the agreed target provided by the supervisor.
- Ensure customers receive the service approved by the supervisor. Call frequency and the daily route plan are key to maintaining the levels of customer satisfaction demanded by the company. Actual customers visited on a daily basis will be reviewed by the supervisor during daily debriefing sessions.
- Carry out daily and weekly vehicle checks as laid down in the operating procedures. Maintain the sales vehicle in a clean and roadworthy condition. Report any defects or damage at the earliest opportunity to the supervisor.
- Agree on order requirements for the next selling period on a daily basis.
- Maintain individual customer stock levels to agreed requirements to minimize out-of-stock problems.
- Implement agreed in-store merchandising as communicated by the supervisor. Where additional support from a company merchandiser exists, arrangements planned in the outlets will be coordinated with the supervisor.
- Advise the supervisor of any relevant competitor activity taking place in the area served by the salesman. This will be part of the daily debriefing with the supervisor.
- Reconcile all cheques, cash, and credit sales on a daily basis. Ensure zero stock and cash shortages.
- Sales staff must be neatly groomed and presentable at all times.
- Maintain a high standard of driving and obey driving regulations.

Commercial Revenue Analyst (UAE & OG )
Job Overview
- Regular review of business processes and policies and recommend changes, discuss, and implement.
- Conduct periodic awareness sessions for Finance and OTC teams on internal controls, business process, policies, and OHS.
Responsibilities
- Manage monthly D&A and Revenue closing activities for UAE and OG Business.
- Track CDA, rebate accrual, and credit notes for customers.
- Coordinate with Sales and AR accountant to clear credit notes in a timely manner.
- Update workflow for approved budget by line item.
- Track AS Raised versus approved.
- Track approved versus actual D&A and ensure any overspending is reported to management and approvals are secured.
- Prepare all D&A-related accruals monthly and review with CFM.
- Prepare monthly D&A budget versus actual spend analysis and share COC with CFM.
- Analyze volume and revenue versus plan, YAGO, and PAGO.
- Review monthly stale reserve and secure CFM approval.
- Perform promo performance analysis.
- Track trade support and co-packing budget and review invoices.

- Review sales commissions, secure approval, and submit to HR for payment.
- Support bad debts and legal status follow-ups.
- Manage day-to-day financial operation activities for the assigned DC.
- Work closely with sales team to ensure excellence in sales execution and go-to-market strategies.
- Liaise between DC and leadership team.
- Coordinate with credit controllers, insurance, legal accountant, and internal/external auditors.
- Evaluate CCPFs requests to ensure healthy sales.
- Frequently review and analyze stales/damages and propose appropriate actions.
- Sustain rollout of COSO and GFS through periodic updates of business processes and RCMS.
- Sustain effective control rating on PepsiCo GCS tool.
- Conduct risk awareness sessions with other functions to ensure compliance with controls over OTC cycles.
- Provide feedback and work with OTC Controller to optimize areas of opportunity and support business issues and initiatives.
Qualifications
