Al Tamimi & Company CAREER: APPLY NOW FOR THE LATEST VACANCIES

Al Tamimi and Company stands as a premier legal powerhouse within the Middle East and North Africa, maintaining a reputation built on decades of localized excellence and strategic expansion. The story of this institution began in 1989 when Essam Al Tamimi envisioned a firm that could bridge the gap between international legal standards and the intricate requirements of regional laws. Since those early days, the organization has undergone a remarkable transformation, evolving from a singular vision into a massive network that spans numerous borders. Currently, the firm operates fully staffed offices in Bahrain, Egypt, Morocco, Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia, alongside its extensive presence in the United Arab Emirates. This geographic footprint is not merely symbolic; it represents a deep-seated commitment to being physically present wherever clients require sophisticated legal guidance.

The sheer scale of the operation is reflected in its workforce, which comprises a diverse team of over 350 specialized lawyers and a total staff exceeding 1000 professionals. Such a massive human resource pool allows the firm to function as a comprehensive, full-service legal partner capable of addressing almost any challenge a business or individual might encounter. What truly distinguishes this practice from global competitors is its unparalleled mastery of local jurisdictions. While many international firms must rely on outside counsel for local litigation, Al Tamimi and Company possesses the rare advantage of having licensed practitioners with rights of audience before the local courts in every country where they maintain an office. This means the advice provided is not just theoretical but is grounded in the practical realities of how regional judges and regulators interpret the law.
