Key Responsibilities
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using tools such as Power BI and Tableau to effectively monitor Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), risk appetite metrics, and real-time risk exposure across the organization.
- Strengthen risk visibility by supporting the automation of reporting processes, enabling more efficient and informed decision-making at various management levels.
- Perform both quantitative and qualitative risk assessments by analyzing internal data, identifying trends, and applying scenario-based modeling techniques to evaluate potential exposures.
- Collect, validate, and interpret data from multiple sources to detect emerging risks, uncover operational patterns, and support proactive risk mitigation strategies.
- Track performance against defined risk appetite thresholds, ensuring that deviations are identified promptly and appropriate mitigation actions are monitored and reported.
- Develop comprehensive, data-driven reports and actionable insights for the Risk Committee, senior leadership, and regulatory authorities, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and relevance.

- Provide support in the preparation of the Own Risk and Solvency Assessment (ORSA), contributing to regulatory compliance and internal risk evaluation processes.
- Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of risk analytics frameworks by developing advanced risk metrics, key indicators, and predictive models that strengthen risk forecasting capabilities.
- Assist in refining and improving overall risk management frameworks, systems, and documentation to ensure alignment with best practices and evolving regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Risk Management, Actuarial Science, or a closely related discipline, providing a strong foundation in analytical and risk-based methodologies.
- Between 2 to 4 years of professional experience in risk reporting, data analysis, or actuarial functions, with preference given to experience gained within the insurance sector or consulting environments.
- Familiarity with recognized risk management frameworks such as ISO 31000 and COSO ERM is considered an added advantage, supporting a structured and standardized approach to enterprise risk management.
Skills
- Excellent analytical thinking, attention to detail, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Strong proficiency in Power BI, Excel, SQL, and other data visualization tools.
- Qlik Sense knowledge is desirable.
