1. OPD Registered Nurse
Key Responsibilities
• Perform patient assessments and nursing interventions
• Assist physicians during consultations and procedures
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Provide health education to patients and families
Requirements
- Valid nursing license – DOH
- Minimum 2 years of outpatient or clinical nursing experience
- Excellent communication and patient education skills
- BLS certification required (ACLS/PALS certification an advantage)
2. OT Registered Nurse
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare operating rooms, instruments, and equipment for surgical procedures
• Perform preoperative patient assessments and verify surgical readiness
• Maintain a sterile environment and adhere to infection prevention protocols
• Assist surgeons and the surgical team during procedures
• Monitor patient condition and respond appropriately to intraoperative changes
• Complete accurate nursing documentation and perioperative records
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthetists, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Requirements
- Valid nursing license – DOH
- Minimum 2 years of recent operating room experience

3. OT Charge Nurse
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily operating room activities
• Coordinate patient care and surgical schedules
• Ensure compliance with infection control and patient safety standards
• Support and mentor nursing staff
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthetists, and multidisciplinary teams
• Participate in the Accreditation process within the area of accountability and ensure that systems are in place to meet all required standards for emergency and acute/critical care services.
• Conducts monthly staff meeting and records minutes. Communicates pertinent information and hospital protocols to staff.
• Manage cost containment within the area of accountability.
Requirements
- Valid nursing license – DOH
- Minimum 5 years of operating room experience
- Previous leadership or charge nurse experience preferred
- BLS, ACLS and PALS certification preferred
