Open Position: FINANCE MANAGER (ACCOUNTS & FINANCE DEPARTMENT)

LOCATION: AGEX Head Office

REPORTING TO: CEO / Group CFO

REPORTED BY: Asst., Manager, Accountant

Requirements

✔️ 8–10 years of progressive finance experience
✔️ Minimum 3 years in a managerial role
✔️ Direct experience in a UAE Exchange House is mandatory
✔️ CPA, ACCA, or CMA qualification is an advantage

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA preferred.
  • Minimum 8–10 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Direct experience in exchange houses is mandatory.

FINANCIAL KPIs

  • Ensure strict control of annual operating and capital budgets with timely budget vs. actual reporting.
  • Achieve measurable cost savings through process optimization.
  • Contribute to revenue growth with accurate forecasts.
  • Maximize ROI on projects and investments through feasibility analysis and performance reviews.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Strong people management capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication in English and strong presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and accounting software.
  • Extensive training in financial management, modeling, and analysis.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation & interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in environment.
