Open Position: FINANCE MANAGER (ACCOUNTS & FINANCE DEPARTMENT)
LOCATION: AGEX Head Office
REPORTING TO: CEO / Group CFO
REPORTED BY: Asst., Manager, Accountant
Requirements
✔️ 8–10 years of progressive finance experience
✔️ Minimum 3 years in a managerial role
✔️ Direct experience in a UAE Exchange House is mandatory
✔️ CPA, ACCA, or CMA qualification is an advantage
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA preferred.
- Minimum 8–10 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Direct experience in exchange houses is mandatory.
FINANCIAL KPIs
- Ensure strict control of annual operating and capital budgets with timely budget vs. actual reporting.
- Achieve measurable cost savings through process optimization.
- Contribute to revenue growth with accurate forecasts.
- Maximize ROI on projects and investments through feasibility analysis and performance reviews.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong people management capabilities.
- Excellent verbal & written communication in English and strong presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and accounting software.
- Extensive training in financial management, modeling, and analysis.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation & interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in environment.
