1. Charge Nurse – Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)

Canadian Specialist Hospital is seeking an experienced Charge Nurse – Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) to provide leadership and high-quality nursing care in its specialized neonatal department.

Eligibility Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Charge Nurse in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).
• Valid Dubai Health Authority (DHA) License or DHA Eligibility Letter.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certifications.
• Strong leadership, clinical decision-making, organizational, and communication skills.
• Fluency in English is required, while Arabic language proficiency is considered an added advantage.
