NRTC Holding Group CAREER: APPLY NOW FOR THE LATEST VACANCIES

NRTC Holding Group stands among the Middle East’s most established and diversified fresh food and agricultural supply chain organizations. Over five decades of continuous growth have transformed the company into an integrated platform that connects agricultural production with consumers through a comprehensive farm-to-fork model. Operating across multiple business sectors, the Group combines sourcing, farming, processing, cold chain logistics, distribution, retail, HORECA, and eCommerce to deliver high-quality fresh food solutions while supporting regional food security and sustainable agricultural development.

Established in the United Arab Emirates in 1973, NRTC began as a fresh produce trading company serving the growing needs of the local market. Over the years, strategic expansion, operational excellence, and continuous investment have enabled the organization to evolve into one of the region’s leading food supply chain businesses. Rather than remaining focused solely on produce trading, the Group has developed a fully integrated ecosystem that manages every critical stage of the fresh food value chain, from cultivation and sourcing to processing, distribution, and final delivery.

A diversified business model has positioned NRTC Holding Group as a trusted partner for growers, suppliers, retailers, government institutions, hospitality businesses, and food service operators throughout the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) and international markets. Extensive experience in managing agricultural supply chains has strengthened the organization’s ability to respond to changing consumer demands while maintaining consistent product quality, operational efficiency, and reliable service standards.

Vertical integration remains one of the defining strengths of the Group’s operations. Activities extend across fresh fruit and vegetable sourcing, commercial farming, agricultural field management, local farming partnerships, global procurement, food processing, value-added product development, cold storage, logistics, wholesale distribution, retail operations, institutional food supply, and digital commerce. This integrated structure enables greater control over product quality, food safety, inventory management, and supply chain efficiency while supporting sustainable growth across multiple business segments.

Global sourcing capabilities form another important pillar of the organization’s operations. Fresh produce is procured from more than 50 countries through long-standing relationships with international growers, exporters, and agricultural partners. These partnerships provide year-round access to a wide variety of premium fruits and vegetables while ensuring continuity of supply despite seasonal fluctuations or changing market conditions. Approximately one million tonnes of fresh produce are handled annually through an advanced logistics and distribution network designed to maintain freshness, quality, and product integrity from origin to destination.

Agricultural production represents a significant component of the Group’s long-term strategy. Investments in farming operations, controlled agricultural environments, modern cultivation practices, and partnerships with local growers contribute to stronger domestic food production while reducing dependence on imported produce. Advanced farming technologies, responsible resource management, and environmentally conscious agricultural practices support increased productivity without compromising sustainability objectives.

Food processing and value-added solutions have expanded the organization’s capabilities beyond traditional fresh produce distribution. Processing facilities deliver a wide range of prepared, packaged, and customized food products that address the evolving requirements of retailers, hospitality operators, restaurants, institutional buyers, and commercial food service providers. Strict food safety protocols, quality assurance systems, and internationally recognized operational standards ensure consistent product excellence across every stage of production.

An extensive cold chain infrastructure supports efficient movement of temperature-sensitive products throughout regional and international markets. Modern warehousing facilities, refrigerated transportation fleets, advanced storage technologies, and optimized logistics systems preserve freshness while minimizing food waste. Sophisticated inventory management and distribution planning further strengthen operational reliability and enable rapid delivery to customers across diverse market segments.
