Data Entry Operator (Logistics Department)

Location: SNH Packing – Umm Al Quwain

Department: Logistics

Job Summary: The Data Entry Operator is responsible for accurately entering and maintaining Bill of Materials (BOM) data, monitoring stock records, and supporting logistics and packaging operations through timely and accurate documentation. The role requires strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and coordination with internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and update Bill of Materials (BOM) information in the ERP/system accurately and on time.
• Maintain and monitor daily missing stock reports.
• Verify data accuracy and resolve discrepancies in inventory records.
• Coordinate with the Packaging Department regarding invoices and related documentation.
• Generate and maintain logistics and inventory reports as required.
• Ensure proper filing and record-keeping of logistics documents.
• Assist in stock reconciliation and inventory tracking activities.
• Support the Logistics Manager with administrative and reporting tasks.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of company data.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in data entry, logistics, inventory control, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and ERP systems.
• Good understanding of inventory management and BOM processes.
• Strong typing and data entry skills with high accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
