A strong position has been established within Kuwait’s heavy truck market, while passenger vehicles and commercial transportation solutions continue to perform successfully across multiple customer segments. One of the company’s most significant achievements involved supplying 1,600 school buses to Kuwait’s Ministry of Education, representing one of the largest single deliveries of Chinese-manufactured buses ever completed within the country. The successful execution of this landmark project demonstrated the organization’s capability to manage complex, large-scale government contracts efficiently.

Growing customer demand has encouraged substantial investment in modern sales, service, and spare parts facilities located throughout Kuwait. Strategically positioned showrooms and service centers ensure convenient access for customers while supporting efficient after-sales service. The commercial vehicle sales, spare parts, and service complex located in the Shuwaikh Industrial Area represents one of the organization’s most advanced facilities. Equipped with modern diagnostic technology and specialized commercial vehicle maintenance equipment, the center occupies approximately 2,700 square meters of built-up space together with an additional 3,000 square meters allocated for vehicle parking and operational activities.

Another important milestone was achieved in 1999 with the opening of the Kia showroom in Al Rai, becoming one of the earliest modern automotive retail facilities established in the area. Additional Kia service and spare parts facilities operate from Shuwaikh, alongside a multi-brand Bosch Car Service Centre. More recently, a dedicated Kia service and parts facility commenced operations in the Ahmadi region, further expanding customer support capabilities.
