LOGISTICS ACCOUNTANT
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and control logistics-related costs across projects.
- Record and allocate equipment, transport, fuel, and manpower costs.
- Reconcile logistics invoices and supporting documents.
- Monitor equipment utilization and idle cost reports.
- Track vehicle operating costs and fuel consumption.
- Prepare logistics cost allocation reports by project.
- Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, and project teams.
- Monitor equipment rental, maintenance, and transportation expenses.
- Prepare monthly logistics profitability and variance reports.
- Support budgeting and forecasting for logistics operations.
- Assist in inventory and warehouse reconciliations.
Candidate Requirements:
✅ Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
✅ Minimum 5 years of UAE experience, preferably in logistics, construction, or infrastructure industries.
✅ Strong knowledge of accounting principles, inventory accounting, and logistics cost control.
✅ Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally, Focus, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.
✅ Experience in accounts payable, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
✅ Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
✅ Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
✅ Immediate joiners preferred.
