HR Assistant

Responsibilities:

1. Support and execute daily HR procedures.
2. Follow up on recruitment processes, communicate with candidates, and schedule interviews.
3. Prepare and maintain employee files and records.
4. Assist in drafting contracts and preparing onboarding documents.
5. Monitor attendance processes and prepare related reports.
