Responsiblity

• You will be responsible for managing the full procurement cycle, from RFQs and supplier selection through Purchase Order issuance, shipment, customs clearance, and final delivery.
• Prepare, review, amend, and monitor Purchase Orders and Letters of Credit (L/Cs). Coordinate with international suppliers, freight forwarders, banks, shipping lines, and customs brokers.
• Monitor supplier performance, production schedules, and delivery commitments to ensure project requirements are met.
• Ensure the timely delivery of imported project materials while optimizing logistics costs and minimizing delays.
• Resolve procurement, shipping, customs, banking, and documentation issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Projects, Warehousing, Finance, and Site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
