The role involves checking and managing onboard supplies to ensure the correct quantities of products are available before departure. Amenity items, cleaning materials, and other required products must be properly organised and replenished when necessary.

Any equipment defects, unusual smells, strange noises, damaged items, suspicious objects, or unusual passenger behaviour must be reported immediately to the appropriate crew member. Quick reporting helps protect passengers, colleagues, aircraft equipment, and company property.

Professional conduct is essential throughout the role. Employees are expected to arrive on time, follow uniform requirements, respect the established chain of command, and complete duties according to instructions from senior cabin crew.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should have completed at least 10 years of schooling or an equivalent level of education. A minimum of two years of customer service experience with an international hotel chain, airline, luxury hospitality company, or another recognised service organisation is required.

Previous experience in a hotel housekeeping department or another hospitality-related cleaning environment would be an advantage.
