Setting a world record at the time, the Mubarek Field was brought into full production within just 13 months of discovery, achieving output levels exceeding 60,000 barrels per day. Crescent Petroleum maintains a deep and long-standing commitment to the Emirate of Sharjah and the UAE as a whole. The company continues to hold two key exploration assets in the country: the Sharjah Onshore Concession, held since 2008, and an offshore concession surrounding Sharjah’s Sir Abu Nu’ayr Island.
