Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in Gulf countries (GCC).
- Technical Expertise: Proven experience operating Luffing Jib and Hammer Head cranes.
- Project Scope: Background in high-rise construction (up to 60 floors).
- Safety Standards: Comprehensive knowledge of load management and hoist safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Operation: Execute safe and efficient operation of cranes and hoists per site requirements.
- Precision Lifting: Lift, move, and place materials, tools, and equipment with high accuracy.
- Inspections: Conduct pre- and post-use inspections of machinery and lifting gear.
- Monitoring: Constantly track crane stability, load weights, and shifting weather conditions.
- Compliance: Adhere strictly to load charts, lifting plans, and supervisor directives.
- Communication: Maintain clear coordination with riggers, signalmen, and site supervisors.
- Safety Checks: Ensure all loads are properly secured before every lift.
