Key Responsibilities
- ✔ Coordinate domestic and international travel bookings
- ✔ Arrange flights, accommodation, and local transportation
- ✔ Liaise with travel agencies, airlines, and hotels for quotations and confirmations
- ✔ Prepare travel itineraries and maintain booking records
- ✔ Support visa documentation and travel-related administrative tasks
- ✔ Handle travel changes, cancellations, and urgent travel requirements
- ✔ Ensure compliance with travel policies and support invoice processing
Requirements:
🔹 Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution
🔹 Minimum 2 years of experience in travel coordination, administration, or a similar role
