Logistics & Warehousing Manager
Key Responsibilities
* Manage daily warehouse operations (receiving, storage, inventory control, dispatch).
* Develop and implement logistics strategies aligned with business objectives.
* Optimize warehouse layout, storage, and material handling processes.
* Ensure timely delivery of raw materials to production and finished goods to customers.
* Monitor inventory accuracy through audits and cycle counts.
* Control logistics and warehouse budgets and drive cost efficiency.
* Manage relationships with suppliers, transporters, and logistics providers.
* Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
* Lead and develop warehouse and logistics teams.
* Prepare operational reports and performance dashboards.
Qualifications & Experience
* Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain / Logistics / Business or related field
* Minimum 7+ years of experience in logistics & warehousing
* At least 3 years in a managerial role (manufacturing experience is a must preferably packaging industry)
* Strong experience in WMS & ERP systems
* Knowledge in inventory management, logistics planning & cost control
