Junior Aircraft Maintenance Technician
Key Responsibilities
- Assist licensed aircraft engineers in carrying out scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks on aircraft and related components.
- Perform basic aircraft maintenance activities under supervision, in accordance with approved maintenance manuals, procedures, and safety standards.
- Support pre-flight, post-flight, and routine inspections as directed by the supervising engineer.
- Ensure proper use, handling, and storage of tools, equipment, and aircraft parts.
- Comply with company policies, standard operating procedures, and aviation authority regulations at all times.
- Maintain a high standard of safety awareness, housekeeping, and personal discipline within the hangar and work areas.
- Report any defects, discrepancies, or safety concerns promptly to the supervising engineer.
- Participate in required training, safety briefings, and competency development programs.
Requirements
- Diploma or technical certification in Aircraft Maintenance, Aviation Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Basic aircraft maintenance training; relevant aviation authority approval or eligibility is an advantage.
- 1–2 years of experience in aircraft maintenance or a similar technical environment are preferred.
- Exposure to business aviation or similar aircraft types is an advantage.

- Perform scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance in accordance with approved manuals and regulatory requirements.
- Certify aircraft as airworthy after maintenance under applicable aviation authority license (e.g., GCAA / EASA / FAA).
- Diagnose and troubleshoot aircraft systems including airframe, engines, avionics, and electrical systems.
- Supervise and guide technicians and mechanics during maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, company procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Complete and maintain accurate technical documentation and logbook entries.
- Coordinate with operations and planning teams to minimize aircraft downtime.
- Conduct inspections including pre-flight, transit, daily, and A/B checks.
- Report defects, incidents, or safety concerns promptly.
Requirements
- Minimum 6/24 months recent hands-on experience on the endorsed aircraft types.
- Experience in line and/or base maintenance operations.
- Prior experience certifying aircraft release to service under GCAA regulations.

- Valid UAE GCAA Aircraft Maintenance Engineer License (AMEL).

- EASA license or any other national license eligible for conversion to UAE GCAA (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of aircraft systems (airframe, powerplant, avionics, electrical).
- Ability to interpret maintenance manuals, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
- Excellent troubleshooting and fault-diagnosis skills.
Wheel Shop Supervisor
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and assist with day-to-day Wheel Shop operations.
- Ensure compliance with Part-145 regulations, MOE procedures, and OEM CMM requirements.
- Manage key wheel shop activities including: a) Wheel disassembly and assembly. b) NDT / Inspection (as applicable). c) Bearing inspection and replacement. d) Torque application and final testing
- Ensure proper tool control and use of calibrated equipment.
- Monitor work package documentation and CRS readiness.
- Maintain full traceability of parts and consumables.
- Conduct staff training, competency assessments, and performance reviews.
- Coordinate closely with Quality and Planning departments.
- Support audits (GCAA / EASA / customer audits).
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on aircraft wheel maintenance experience.
- Experience in supervising Wheel Shop operations within a Part-145 approved organization.
- Experience with regulatory compliance under GCAA and/or EASA.
- Exposure to audits and quality management systems.
- Diploma or Degree in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Familiarity with Part-145 regulations, MOE procedures, and OEM maintenance manuals (CMMs).

- Strong knowledge of wheel, brake, and bearing systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Inspect, repair, and refurbish aircraft seats and seat components for business aviation aircraft.
- Perform detailed stitching, sewing, and upholstery of seat covers using leather, fabric, and synthetic materials.
- Ensure compliance with FAA / EASA regulations and OEM specifications.
- Read and interpret seat drawings, repair manuals, and technical documentation.
- Create templates and patterns, and adjust them to meet bespoke seat configurations.
- Replace foam cushions, including shaping and trimming to design specifications.
- Operate industrial sewing machines and specialized hand tools.
- Collaborate with engineers and inspectors during seat retrofits and modifications.
- Maintain accurate documentation of work orders, inspections, and repairs.
- Support audits and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Provide support to other departments as required, including minor cabin repairs, refurbishment tasks, and assistance during high workload periods.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in aircraft seat maintenance, repair, and refurbishment.
