The Customer Services Agent position focuses on delivering high-quality leisure reservation services through the management and booking of customized holiday packages. The role requires a strong commitment to accuracy, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to maintain consistently high standards of customer service. This position plays a key role in ensuring customers receive professional guidance, clear communication, and seamless travel arrangements throughout the booking process.

Key Responsibilities

This role involves responding to a wide range of customer inquiries related to leisure travel, holiday packages, and reservations. Accurate, timely, and customer-focused responses are essential to ensure satisfaction and confidence in the services provided.

Responsibilities include managing, coordinating, and customizing leisure travel packages tailored to individual customer needs. These packages may include hotel accommodations, travel-related services, and other leisure components. Qualifications and Requirements

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

A minimum of one (1) year of experience within a leisure reservations team
Demonstrated experience in booking and managing holiday and leisure travel packages
Valid IATA certification
Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple bookings simultaneously
At least one (1) year of hands-on experience with Global Distribution Systems (GDS), including Sabre, Galileo, and Amadeus
Availability to work a 24/7 shift schedule, including weekends and holidays
