Open Position:Customer Service Representative (Logistics) JAFZA, Dubai

Key Responsibilities

• Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding shipments, rates, delivery, and documentation.
• Providing accurate and timely information and solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth shipment flow.
• Processing bookings, tracking shipments, and updating customers on status.
• Preparing and verifying shipping documents and maintaining accurate records.
• Resolving customer issues proactively and following up until resolution.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and service standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in customer service within the logistics or freight forwarding industry.
• Good knowledge of logistics operations, shipping processes, and Incoterms.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken), with an additional language being an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with logistics systems (preferred).
