Electrical Technician

Specialisation: Commercial Electrical Maintenance

Role: We are looking for a skilled Electrician to join our Facilities Management team in Dubai. This full-time, on-site role is responsible for ensuring the safe and reliable operation of electrical systems across our restaurant outlets. The successful candidate will be responsible for preventive and corrective electrical maintenance, troubleshooting faults, supporting new restaurant projects, and ensuring all electrical installations are carried out in compliance with safety standards and company procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical systems across multiple restaurant outlets.
  • Diagnose and rectify electrical faults in distribution boards, lighting circuits, power outlets, switches, control panels, and electrical equipment.
  • Install, maintain, and replace MCCBs, MCBs, RCCBs, isolators, contactors, relays, timers, sockets, switches, cables, and other electrical accessories.
  • Carry out electrical wiring, cable routing, conduit installation, termination, and panel modifications when required.
  • Install and maintain indoor and outdoor lighting systems, emergency lighting, and exit signage.
  • Perform routine inspections of electrical systems and recommend corrective or preventive actions.

Job Title: AC Technician

Specialisation: Commercial Air Conditioning Systems

Role: We are seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to join our Facilities Management team in Dubai. This full-time, on-site role is responsible for maintaining the performance, reliability, and efficiency of air conditioning and ventilation systems across our restaurant outlets.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with a wide range of HVAC systems commonly used in commercial and hospitality environments. You will be responsible for preventive maintenance, fault diagnosis, repairs, installations, and commissioning while ensuring minimal downtime and maximum operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of HVAC systems across multiple restaurant outlets.
  • Diagnose and repair faults in VRF systems, DX split units, cassette ACs, ceiling concealed units, standing ACs, wall-mounted split ACs, AHUs, and FAHUs.
  • Carry out refrigerant charging, leak detection, pressure testing, vacuuming, and system commissioning.
