Open Positions: Purchasing & Supply Chain Officer

Key Qualifications

  • Education: BA/BS degree, preferably in Logistics or Supply Chain Management.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in Logistics/Supply Chain, including 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Languages: Bilingual fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics (AX/365) and SharePoint.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Reporting: Managing open purchase orders (POs), estimated times of arrival (ETAs), and financial/statistical reports.
  • Reconciliation: Handling shortages, excess inventory, and supplier dispute resolutions.
  • Logistics: Leading negotiations with partners for Sea, Air, and Land freight and coordinating customs clearance.
  • Coordination: Working with internal commercial teams and maintaining direct contact with suppliers.
