𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 – 𝗨𝗔𝗘
𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
• Support conformity assessment processes across various certification schemes
• Assist in document review, application processing, and data collection and Segregation
• Coordinate with technical team and auditors during certification activities
• Support the Conformity Manager in evaluation of reports and certification documentation
• Communicate with clients as required during the certification process
𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 & 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Minimum 1- 2 years of experience in document/data management roles
• Basic knowledge of conformity assessment & certification processes
• Ability to review technical documents and applications
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Advanced Microsoft excel proficiency in sorting and segregation of data.
• Awareness of certification schemes & compliance requirements.
