Treatment options include In Vitro Fertilisation (IVF), Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection (ICSI), Intrauterine Insemination (IUI), genetic screening, recurrent miscarriage management, and Testicular Sperm Extraction (TESE).
IVF involves fertilising an egg with sperm in a laboratory before transferring the resulting embryo to the uterus. ICSI is a specialised fertilisation technique in which an individual sperm is injected directly into an egg and may be considered in certain cases, particularly where male-factor infertility is involved.
IUI provides another treatment option by placing prepared sperm directly into the uterus around the time of ovulation. Genetic screening may help identify certain genetic or chromosomal concerns, while specialist assessment is available for patients experiencing repeated pregnancy loss.

EMBRYOLOGIST
FertiClinic Fertilization Center – RAK is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Embryologist to join our IVF Laboratory team and help us create hope and change lives.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Clinical Embryology
- Valid MOH License or MOH Eligibility as an Embryologist (Required)
- Minimum 2 years of IVF laboratory experience
- Proficient in:
- IVF
- ICSI
- Embryo Culture
- Embryo Grading
- Cryopreservation
- Semen Analysis
- Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS), laboratory safety, and infection control

QUALITY OFFICER – HEALTHCARE

Join our team and contribute to delivering high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the implementation and monitoring of the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Ensure compliance with DOH Abu Dhabi standards, guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor quality indicators, KPIs, incidents, and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
- Assist in internal audits, risk assessments, inspections, and accreditation activities.
- Analyze quality and operational data and prepare reports, dashboards, and trend analyses.
- Support patient safety, clinical governance, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
- Maintain quality-related policies, procedures, records, and documentation.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure timely closure of identified quality gaps and action plans.
- Assist in staff awareness and training related to quality, patient safety, and regulatory compliance.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Quality Management, Nursing, or a related healthcare field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of Quality experience in a healthcare facility.
- Strong working knowledge of DOH Abu Dhabi guidelines, standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Experience in healthcare quality, patient safety, audits, risk management, and KPI monitoring.
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, PivotTables, charts, data analysis, and reporting).
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience/ Knowledge with healthcare accreditation standards (JCI).
