Key Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operations of all assigned F&B outlets to ensure smooth and efficient performance
Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and brand standards
Monitor restaurant performance and implement strategies to improve productivity and service quality
Conduct regular site visits and operational audits to maintain consistency across all locations
Manage and control operational budgets, food costs, labor costs, and overall profitability
Analyze sales reports, P&L statements, and key business metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
Develop and implement action plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets
Monitor inventory levels and ensure effective stock management practices
Lead, coach, and develop Restaurant Managers and outlet teams
Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and succession planning initiatives
Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and feedback
Ensure exceptional customer service standards are consistently delivered
Monitor customer feedback and implement corrective actions to improve guest satisfaction
Resolve escalated customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
Drive initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, HACCP standards, and health requirements
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and workplace safety
Coordinate with relevant authorities and departments regarding inspections and compliance matters

Experience
Minimum 7–10 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations, including at least 3–5 years in a managerial role.
Experience managing multiple restaurant outlets, cafés, or hospitality operations
Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, cost control, and customer service standards.
